I don’t think any of the apps have directly integrated media editing tools yet. I make all my memes and videos using an app called Inshot, and then I just upload them when I post them. Inshot is amazing and does literally everything. I’ve used it for years. There are some good web based meme editors too for simple adding text to a meme. Imgflip is one. Also https://gifbuddy.lol is made by lemon (npub1hee…rsv6) here and lets you edit gifs and memes.
