Re-evaluating this strategy, as a $21 per/day purchase would add up to high fees through the platform, with each trade scalping a $1 fee irrespective of $ amount purchased. So, maybe a weekly buy order on Sunday for BTC ala Saylor, and end of week purchase for MSTR on Friday opening/close. Either way, DCA will occur, it's just how to go about executing the strategy now to avoid high fee tally and keep fees low.
