Such a very interesting exercise to subject myself to. I have discovered that #drawing with graphite pencils forces a new level of body awareness. Who knew that I could focus on muscle control through my hand and fingers to that extent! Holding something so lightly that it could almost fall out and at such an acute angle is super interesting. Another surprise was the spontaneous decision to use the paper stump with my non dominant left hand! Before it registered as a conscious decision I was holding and using tools with both hands 🙌 Then there was the breath awareness 😳
