FRIENDLY REMINDER FOR YOUR BODY🫶🏻
It’s been 5 years since my life changed quite significantly.
I used to be an average student enjoying my youth, but then it happened.
One day after an event with friends, my grandmother found me collapsed on the floor in the kitchen. Luckily, she was at home that time and heard the fall, so she quickly rushed over, ultimately saving my life, imagine if she was still at job 🥵
Yes, I had an epileptic seizure.
When I regained consciousness, I didn’t remember anything and had a terrible headache.
Subsequently, doctors told me that due to my lifestyle or perhaps some fall in the past, I had developed a tumor above my right temple.
This led to a prolonged journey of visiting doctors repeatedly until a surgery date was finally set.
Fortunately, it was a small tumor, and the skilled doctors managed to remove it from my brain 100%.
I’m now fully healthy and appreciative of my body. Whatever the reasons of that tumor was, my lifestyle wasn’t the best back then.
But this experience brought something positive into my life too.
Not only did I have over a year to focus solely on myself and on the world around me, which led to a realization about the system we chase after, but I also started valuing my health much more!
You might be wondering why I’m writing this to you, and I wonder who on earth has read all the way to this point 🤣

Anyway, I’m sharing this with you for a couple of simple reasons.
The first reason is that I want to remind you that it’s good to pay attention to what makes your body happy, watch out for dopamine-driven activities, and occasionally do a dopamine detox for that particular thing.
For instance starting from midnight tomorrow (to coincide with the surgery anniversary), I’m going to do a dopamine detox for alcohol and THC till i can make it ⚡️
The second reason is simple: I wish for you to value your lives and be grateful that we are alive and healthy 🫂♥️.
