Gonna have to start doing Triceps Pressdowns for like 20 reps or awkwardly one arm at a time because we are 10 lbs away for maxing out the machine for 4x15 reps now and even then only because I've been putting off increasing the weight any higher for like a month now so I don't run out of room to progress
Edit: Also forgot to mention- New all time Deadlift PR today, not gonna say how much but it was more than I've seen anyone do IRL in like 8 years, and yet simultaneously pathetically low by internet tough guy standards.

Saw a guy Shoulder pressing what looked like a lot of weight and thought 'damn thats a lot he must be really strong' while walking by, then actually counted the weight and it was 30-40 lbs less than what I do for reps :hehcat:
