Grandma Betty's Chicken Dijon
Chefโs notes
Growing up there are a few staple foods that stick with you. For me, it was my Grandma Bettyโs Chicken Dijon. It was my birthday request every year and every time we cook it up it touches my heart. Grandma Betty passed away a 7 years ago. This dish is dedicated to her, directly from her recipe book.
