I keep thinking about the time recently when someone was describing trans women (and our purported Male Socialization) as "people who've lived as cis men"
It's so fucking telling to describe trans experience like we were cis until we're suddenly not, which is how you get simplistic analysis that presents trans experience as false dichotomies
