binkle (nprofile…m5h7) well hopefully I won't need the same level that I did previously. I've been off it a week now and I feel pretty much back to normal tbh. I'm questioning how much longer it'll be actually beneficial to stay off it or of the reset already occurred.

Regardless I'm gonna take a bunch of steps to limit me drinking as much as I did before.
