I'm not bold enough to do stickers (plus I don't have a sticker maker) but I had a similar idea that I COULD do (if I grew enough of a spine). Making little bookmarks and hiding them in the TRA books at the library. There's always an LGBtqwerty display for the kids, and it ticks me off every time.
