i work on this thing about 3-4 hours a day and don't do full time hours on my fiat mine to build stuff for this
current main focus is implementing a simplified, more clean and separated HTTP API (with sockets for subscriptions) so that the relay can be used in plain HTTP based applications, and with more clear specifications of the API calls (one call, one function) and a simple syntax for specifying the conditions of service (eg, when auth is required, such as for DMs)
also, a simple momentary and longer lasting JWT Authorization delegation token to enable simple use of clients that can't be made to or plug into a nostr signer, but to allow access to exclusive content such as a paid relay or a private/personal relay for low-spec applications, and also for testing purposes (many http testing tools can do these signatures and there is now a tool that can generate a key pair and delegation event kind 13004)
