Perfect. You need to be self-hosting to publish an event manually. To do so, go to noStrudel.ninja and open the event console https://nostrudel.ninja/#/tools/publisher
Add the details for your stream. For eventID use random numbers but remember the ID. You'll need it to edit the event later (for example to set it to ended). Add the title, summary AND your m3u8 link and then publish your event. When you end your stream set the dropdown to ended and re-publish the event.
