plus the other 4 frequency bands and 20 kilowatts worth of amps for the subs i think You Get Glee (npub1sgl…seau) can forget about buying new cars once i make him pay for this shit

i am finally understanding why people don't build Prosound style audio systems for home use ...

and why they instead use $1 piezo tweeters and just pretend their system isn't garbage ...

because building speakers that aren't garbage will make you homeless ...

and almost as big an issue as the cost is what am i going to do with a perfect speaker ? reality is i have a full basement of studio monitors and i never bothered hooking them up after moving from NYC to NJ instead i just use my Bose headphones because that way i can use the same same thing everywhere and to make phone calls and it just automatically switches sources from phone to PC ...

i also never bothered hooking up my 18" subwoofer since i moved it from the room where it was originally installed.

i just use it as TV stand now.

so what does this all say about this array speaker project ? that if it was built i would listen to it for a year and then it would never be hooked up anywhere again and i would just have to pay movers to move 1,000 lbs of audio equipment every time i moved knowing i will never actually listen to it nor ever sell it ...
