Wouldn't you any way host your app on Replit ? Or GCP .. when you get to Dev QA and Prod landscape ! .. I am saying , even if you are building a bigger app , might as well have a good chromebook ( not sub 100 ones :-) ..may be 300 .. and spend your savings in LLMs and cloud hosting ..
And that is , if you don't wanna stack sats :-) ..in first place ..
