Last night I was in a slightly frustrated and agitated mood when I got home, which was quite late. I noticed that the ISS was due to fly over in the next few minutes, at a good angle, and we had good visibility - so I just went out into the garden and watched it. It made me much calmer somehow.
Space is cool.
