The fact that most people need health insurance to get healthcare is the problem. You think I could afford a million dollars to get open heart surgery without health insurance? Nope. I'm lucky enough to be able to afford the $600 a month family insurance package. That shit is wildly expensive. A large portion of the popular cannot afford health care because they cannot afford insurance. Health insurance is broken because health care is broken.
