I export one from LibreOffice. I do it rarely so I can't be sure which one. It needs a few find/replace all passes but exports pretty cleanly for the most part.
The chapter breaks can be tedious if they've got some tricky formatting and the annoying span-tags are the worst but Sigil does a good job with find/replace and cleaning up messed up html
