My partner and kids have been away for 3 days now, and one of my cats is getting clingier by the minute. It's nice to have a cat on my lap continuously while I'm working at my computer, but I could definitely do without a lap cat while I'm eating, and I'd like to skip the early morning stalking/staring before I get out of bed... poor cat.
