I’m legit struggling to see what the DOJ are saying with this one, which might say plenty about the strength of their case. They don’t seem to know the difference between the smartphone market and the App Store marketplace. I suspect this will ultimately end up like the FTC attempt at blocking the Activision Blizzard deal
