They don’t have sovereign power whatsoever- the Bitcoin belongs to the debtors, then the shareholders. If they ever tried to express this situation as them being a sovereign power they’d instantly be crushed by the USG for national security reasons- Trump admin or not.
He’s pushing them to buy because he needs his bags pumped in perpetuity. The best way for him to avoid nationalization is to actually provide economic value through the company OUTSIDE of being an infinite debt/share issuing leveraged Bitcoin ETF - which he does not… and doesn’t seem to be planning to do so.
So if he was actually fucking smart, he wouldn’t be leveraging MSTR to the tits without appropriate cash flow to match. The way he’s headed cozying himself up to the USG and worshipping the dollar, the only logical conclusion is nationalization- from which Saylor will benefit immensely.
