I'm a very early X-er 1965 model.
My boomer parents tried very hard to inculcate the anti-racism into me, but my grandpa was always hovering around the edges, reminding me that niggers are still niggers.
It took travelling overseas and meeting Africans and Arabs to finally drive his point home.
