Japan is facing significant issues from the changing climate. Sitting here in another big typhoon, with temperatures below 30 now not promised until November, it's clear we're never going to act. The situation for each country will be "not affecting us enough directly" or "too busy putting out fires to worry about the big picture". Every country will be pressed to financial limits, many areas will become uninhabitable and the dinosaur-equivalent death count will be climate within our generation.
