That's according to Edison Research [link below] and is exactly why I started The End back in 2022.
But it's not just fiction podcast fans who mainline episodes. The other serialized podcast darling is True Crime, where Edision tells us 90% TC junkies have binged.
But it's not just serialized content that gets binged. Edison says 72% of Technology listeners have binged. And, most troubling, 73% of News podcast listeners have binged. Maybe we should call that last one "doom listening." 😬
