When you use it for a while you will discover that's much easier to manage than Windows, much more coherent, when something is broke the messages are clear, you can search for this specific problen or error and find a solucion. Windows is a F* black box and what works with your computer doesn't work with mine. GNU/Linux will give you, at the long term, a peace of mind that if somwthing was working last tine, will be working next time.
