It continues to frustrate me how AI companies are ruining the commons. The latest frustration is my lab's GIT server, which was experiencing 30-60s page loads. I recently updated my forward proxy's blocklist with a new set of crawler user-agent strings, and suddenly everything works again. The sheer level of entitlement exhibited by these companies and the people that work for them is baffling.
