As a parent of neurodiverse kids, it really, REALLY sucks sometimes how the world we live in is built to accommodate the needs and capabilities of neurotypical people. Both of my children have #ADHD. In practice, that means they have A LOT of ideas, some brilliant, many disastrous, and very little room for reflection between coming up with an idea and acting on it.
I can tell my younger one is going to have a rough year when she starts kindergarten in the fall.
