I loved the old fish market (before I was vegetarian) and am always sad to see things modernised and gentrified beyond belief. Happy memories of eating whatever we bought, sitting on the edge of the harbour, and many meals cooking with friends with produce from the market.
Mind you, traffic and parking was always a nightmare unless you picked your times.
