For the rest of you old white people (like me) that didn’t understand the Big Half Time Show. Here is a primer.
I think it’s interesting how the hot take from almost every white person I know was, “This sucks.” Then this morning, all the rebuttals that explained the backstory and all the symbolism, etc.
It did seem a little specific from an audience perspective for a big national event. “Old White people, you can tune out now. Go change the keg. This isn’t for you.”
