It is my opinion that brands should be placed lowest in the SEO priority, to discourage hijacking the names of pre-existing subjects to improve reach.
For example, searching for Tesla should return Nikola Tesla's Wikipedia, and information about Tesla Coils far before it ever even mentions the car company.
