Some people are gonna need some carbs. Why does that surprise people?
The only thing I can think of is that her gut biome is so out of whack that it can't handle the fat and protein load so suddenly.
Is she jumping in or reducing her carbs gradually?
Does she or her family have a history of gall bladder issues?
