What I find most helpful is _recognising_ the impulse to "do all the things", the thought that I'm not going fast enough & the anxiety that comes with these thoughts. Once seen, following through with a solid ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ seems to do the trick. I'm going to do < 1% of all the things I want to do whether I stress about it or not.
