nope, the end of telephone secrecy has not yet been decreed in brazil, as I've read around here. not yet. for now, "only" registration data (personal qualification, affiliation and address), without the need for a court order. pigs are gonna have a ball, for sure, but frankly? I don't see any major changes on this point.
