Now… Not when all the contrast goes away.
Now… Not when nothing is “wrong” with your body, your relationships, your home, your work, your country, or the World.
Because we’re wise enough to know that if we wait for that… we’ll be dead before we thrive.
Must be a skill then! It must be a skill to be able to be aware of that which is not “thriving” to our heart, mind, and primitive brain… and
Be Thriving Anyway.
