For at least 8 years, Chrome says “Ctrl-Shift-B” toggles the bookmark bar’s visibility. It has never worked on any of my devices, ever. Can anyone explain this, besides saying “it’s Chrome?”
(And no, it’s not an extensions conflict. I ruled that out years ago.)
