SmartWeb is a 3-tier design. The 3rd tier is to run apps in sandboxes, such as JS vm, WASM, i.e., Runtimes. 3rd tier traps into lower 2nd tier. 2nd tier is the Carrier for the SmartWeb OS. 2nd tier traps into lower 1st tier. 1st tier is the device hardware kernel.
