Here are some attached comments about LCEs. Remember, the hardest thing to do is conceptualize what an LCE is. Most people think it's some form of worker's coop. It's nothing of the sort. They think that only because they think in terms of tradition capitalism, i.e., individuals MUST own ithe income producing properties and the net profit. In the case of the LCE, the LCE owns the property and receives the net profit.
