Same will happen if you take calls this way and the call contains any personal information!
Remember, if you are using FM (or AM), any audio uttered from your radio's speakers can be uttered from any other nearby FM radio!

This is why I don't take private calls in my car until I can replace the stereo with one that has BT itself. If someone needs me, I will ask upon answering "Will this be private? I will need to call you back".
