The truth is that I am really fat. But today I reached a milestone for being slightly less fat. This is not from a New Year's resolution and has taken me months.
Any given day the scale bounces around a few lbs so tomorrow I might be back at 305, but today is special because it's the first time in at least a decade that I've seen a number starting with 2.
