Even counting security, administering the president's oath of office shouldn't cost millions. Get an office, the president-elect, the chief justice, and some witnesses, and be done with it in fifteen minutes. This is a coronation, not an inauguration, as it's been for every president for many years. The money corporations are throwing into it should be called bribes, not donations.
