Happy Monday! Many people have ARs in multiple calibers, particularly 5.56 and 300blk. Given that everything is identical, it can be easy to accidentally insert a mag with the wrong caliber ammo. To prevent this, some people will use different colored mags, e.g. black for 5.56 and fde for 300blk. Of course, you can go crazy with colors too. 😄
