Ego Death; Spending the day(s) calling out and labeling the moments your ego shows it's ugly head.
My ego has a half century + of machinations to support it.
And thats just this carnation. Calling it out is no longer scary or hard. It's just everywhere and therefore a nuisance.
But that things gotta die for me to move on. So here we are.
