Some change has happened across one of the browsers where our emulations ask to use the mouse and some people say "never do that" and discover to their horror there's no way to get the mouse to work again.
I've determined the settings are:
go to the browser address bar > click the Site Information icon > toggle ON permissions for “Keyboard lock and use” / “Mouse lock and use”.
