Got a voice mail from an angry chromebook users who doesn't seem to know how to close windows or something, and is made our "popup" player keeps taking over his browser "even though he's cleared the cache and cookies".

Honestly, I never use chrome so who knows what he's done. Does he have "reopen tabs" on restart or something checked?

He's really mad that we "did this to his computer"
