It's what my mind and spirit breathes? It's those parts that don't really fit into words? It's existing. Marvelling at the universe.
I can make it flow when I am balanced and direct it where I need it. It can follow my focus and intent, but it is inherently elusive.
I'm trying. I know this is vague AF, but I think it's supposed to be. It's about what we all sense but haven't found the words for.
