The only difference is that workers get paid significantly more and instead of being coerced by capitalist into working for them to buy the basic necessities of life they're being coerced into work in order to buy luxury items. The capitalists are still the ones who are in control and can still manipulate the actions of the workers. The workers would still be wage slaves, but with golden chains.
