That's just using web standard for previews. Twitter didnt specifically add it. All web links do this. Nostr doesnt quite scale to the size of twitter out-of-the-box. Otherwise Elon could have used it to build his "everything app". And "Everything App" is coming, but where will it be built? Twitter scales but is proprietary. Nostr doesnt scale, but is less proprietary. It is difficult to know what to hope for, at this point. Most likely something new will emerge.
