Don’t seem suitable, in that sense, for the kinds of residential storage needs Chris referred to.
There are other similar lockers. A program to allow residents to have one installed on their block would be interesting. Maybe with one low monthly fee. Or perhaps they might be City infrastructure, with a fee FOR THE WHOLE UNIT comparable to an RPP sticker. Not sure how the limited space would be allocated.
