You need the 935 and 1050nm light to manage inflammation, 850 or shorter isn't as effective. A couple 250W heat lamps are cheaper and work better. Literal sunlight is optimum.
UVA does not produce vitamin D3 so don't kid yourself, you only get D3 with cholecalciferol orally or far UVB which can be dangerous in high magnitudes.
