I'm supposed to be farming it but my wife, a southern gal, my sons, and I went a couple years ago for Christmas and the high the ten days we were there was -2 and averaged -19. It was so cold she refuses to move there. At least for now. I get it, but she cannot deny the extreme peacefulness and isolation of the place, which she does love.",
