Maybe it was a total waste of money from that Russian actor but it's hard to believe they're just completely retarded and would've obtained the exact same outcome from timcast without any funding.
I don't necessarily believe the people implicated to tell the truth on wether or not they were influenced in any way.
But hey maybe. Maybe they just wasted all that money.
