Maybe, just Maybe, we can use some A.I program to nuke the spamming. I'm optimistic on that idea because of characteristics of spam that can be changed.
On relays, we desperately need to have a proficient profit incentive built into them somehow. I'm certain it can be done while keeping them decentralized and secure.
